Food Service Employee Arrested
MILTON, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of food service employee Jennifer Rowan. Rowan is charged with one count of introduction of contraband.
Following the arrest Rowan was transported to the Santa Rosa County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by GEO Lead Prison Investigator Raleigh Samford, State Attorney William “Bill” Eddins of the 1st Judicial Circuit of Florida and Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson.

The home addresses, telephone numbers, including cellular and personal pager numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of active or former department employees and/or their spouses and children; places of employment; daycare facilities, and/or schools of active or former department employees’ spouses and children (sections 119.071 (4)(d), F.S. and 945.10(1)(e), F.S.
119.071[e], F.S., exempting all information “revealing the substance of a confession” by a person arrested until there is a final disposition in the case.
