Former Inmate Arrested

JASPER, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of former inmate Chadd Petrik. Petrik is charged with introduction of contraband.

Following the arrest Petrik was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the alert security staff and K9 tracking team of Hamilton Correctional Institution, Suwannee Correctional Institution’s K9 tracking team and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
