FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

FDC Assault Advisories | June 14 - June 20, 2023

This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

Gulf Correctional Institution: On June 14, Inmate Timothy Williams (J41879) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Polk Correctional Institution: On June 14, Inmate Jeffrey Walker (R25743) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Gulf Correctional Institution: On June 14, Inmate Charles Miller (P21290) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Century Correctional Institution: On June 14, Inmate Stafford Reed (D34361) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 14, Inmate Regan Thomas (A51464) assaulted officers. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Martin Correctional Institution: On June 15, Inmate Orlando Consuegra (A11440) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Florida Women’s Reception Center: On June 15, Inmate Mia Williams (Q41073) assaulted an officer by biting their finger. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff recommended outside medical evaluation.

South Florida Reception Center: On June 15, Inmate Lewis Smith (B07953) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Martin Correctional Institution: On June 15, Inmate Enzio Santos (C51837) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Hamilton Correctional Institution Annex: On June 15, Inmate Ronald Co Ivey (081437) assaulted officers. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Wakulla Annex: On June 15, Inmate Vance Johnson (H43093) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 15, Inmate Dereaginal Livingston (K72349) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Apalachee Correctional Institution: On June 16, Inmate John Morris (109300) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Lowell Correctional Institution: On June 16, Inmate Jaunita Tappin (N61406) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Lancaster Correctional Institution: On June 16, Inmate Israel Torres (C09206) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Lowell Annex: On June 16, Inmate Destiny Boice (N41613) assaulted officers by spitting in their faces. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff recommended outside medical evaluation. The officers were sent to receive outside medical treatment.

Walton Correctional Institution: On June 17, Inmate Justin Brown (130958) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Jackson Correctional Institution: On June 17, Inmate Christopher Longs (T35489) assaulted officers by striking them with a knife. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff recommended outside medical evaluation. The officers were sent to receive outside medical treatment.

Wakulla Annex: On June 17, Inmate Ronnie Thornton (S90779) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Bridges of Orlando: On June 17, Inmate Brandon Ince (A00860) assaulted a staff member. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 17, Inmate Joshua Robinson (C01217) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Wakulla Annex: On June 18, Inmate John Vicente (083142) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Columbia Correctional Institution: On June 18, Inmate Cassidy Kist (N51010) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Florida Women’s Reception Center: On June 19, Inmate Mia Williams (Q41073) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Cross City Correctional Institution: On June 19, Inmate Brain Carter (T54345) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Wakulla Annex: On June 19, Inmate John Vicente (083142) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Polk Correctional Institution: On June 19, Inmate Gregory Bourne (R53326) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Florida State Prison: On June 19, Inmate Marquis Nelson (J46806) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On June 19, Inmate Carlton Williams (130978) assaulted a staff member. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Northwest Florida Reception Center Annex: On June 20, Inmate Michael Warren (N81247) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
