FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

FDC Assault Advisories | June 21 - June 27, 2023

This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

Holmes Correctional Institution: On June 21, Inmate John Trail (E33355) assaulted an officer by slamming their hand. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff recommended outside medical evaluation. The officer was sent to receive outside medical treatment.

Apalachee Correctional Institution: On June 21, Inmate Charles Smith (407366) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Avon Park Work Camp: On June 21, Inmate James Combee (X74347) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On June 21, Inmate Nelson Feliciano (C05863) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Dade Correctional Institution: On June 21, Inmate Eddy Daltius (N61502) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 21, Inmate Seab Hixson (X63280) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Reception & Medical Center: On June 22, Inmate Steven Sellers (121960) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Santa Rosa Annex: On June 22, Inmate Adrian King (149328) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Dade Correctional Institution: On June 22, Inmate Joel Gordon (I40507) assaulted a staff member. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Lancaster Correctional Institution: On June 22, Inmate Jeremiah Tatum (125509) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On June 22, Inmate Terrell Powell (N18121) assaulted officers by throwing feces at them in multiple area. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff recommended outside medical evaluation. The officer was sent to receive outside medical treatment.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On June 23, Inmate Carlton Williams (130978) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Calhoun Correctional Institution: On June 23, Inmate Christopher Bellamy (W36204) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Reception & Medical Center: On June 22, Inmate Thomas Walker (X77070) assaulted a staff member. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 23, Inmate Bruce Washington (H50593) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Dade Correctional Institution: On June 24, Inmate Bo Jones (Y38749) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Apalachee Correctional Institution: On June 24, Inmate Alfred Mcshane (P03172) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 24, Inmate Marcus Robinson (M76148) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 24, Inmate Jacob Hill (J46878) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Columbia Annex: On June 24, Inmate Joseph Coyne (W37826) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Central Florida Reception Center: On June 24, Inmate Lewis Smith (B07953) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Florida Women's Reception Center: On June 25, Inmate Mikeya Washington (I15520) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Reception & Medical Center: On June 25, Inmate Edgar Marquez (X65263) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 26, Inmate Seab Hixson (X63280) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Northwest Florida Reception Center Annex: On June 26, Inmate Ixio Nunez (146713) assaulted a staff member. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Union Correctional Institution: On June 26, Inmate David Littles (G16175) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Walton Correctional Institution: On June 26, Inmate Rickey Bailey (H09485) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

South Florida Reception Center: On June 26, Inmate Brad Moreland (Y17807) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 26, Inmate Anthony Gardner (P39227) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Mayo Correctional Institution Annex: On June 26, Inmate Royce Simmons (M70607) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Northwest Florida Reception Center: On June 27, Inmate Anthony Harold (C10209) assaulted a staff member. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Dade Correctional Institution: On June 27, Inmate Shaquille Lynch (V37277) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Martin Correctional Institution: On June 27, Inmate Alfred Thompson (P14676) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On June 27, Inmate Allen Williams (V23644) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Holmes Correctional Institution: On June 27, Inmate Malcom Woods (129454) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
