VISITOR CONTRABAND INTERDICTION | April 18 - April 24, 2024
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- The Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) has zero tolerance for contraband of any kind, and visitors attempting to introduce contraband are subject to suspension or termination of their visitation privileges and arrest.
Polk CI: On Sunday, April 21, Visitor Isela Jewell was visiting Inmate Marcello Jewell (X87763) when K9 alerted on the visitor’s vehicle. A search was refused, and the visitation was terminated.
Suwannee CI: On Sunday, April 21, Visitor Lameisha Day was visiting Inmate Charles Taylor (133500) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. A search was refused, and the visitation was terminated.
Martin CI: On Saturday, April 20, Visitor Natasha Cross was visiting Inmate Leroy Monsalvatge (C04527) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. Staff discovered marijuana residue, and the visitation was terminated.
Martin CI: On Sunday, April 21, Visitor Raymond Robinson was visiting Inmate Terrell Robinson (M68132) when staff discovered 195.3 grams of Fentanyl on their person in the visitor's search area. The visitor was arrested by Martin CO SO for the charges of introduction of contraband and possession of narcotics.
Okeechobee CI: On Sunday, April 21, Visitor Shaequla Palmer was attempting to visit Inmate Jeron Fisher (H90442) when K9 alerted the visitor's vehicle. Staff discovered 3.1 grams of marijuana, and the visitation was terminated.
Avon Park CI: On Sunday, April 21, Visitor Anita Arriaga was visiting Inmate Gregorio Villanueva (Y04345) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. A search was refused, and the visitation was terminated.
Sago Palm Re-Entry: On Saturday, April 20, Visitor Ernestine Stephenson was visiting Inmate Deandre Alexander (B02303) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. Staff discovered THC residue, and the visitation was terminated.
Hardee CI: On Sunday, April 21, Visitor Salaina Tomlinson was visiting Inmate Naterien Williams (F61409) when K9 alerted on the visitors vehicle. A search was refused, and the visitation was terminated.
Hardee CI: On Sunday, Visitor Destiny Roker was visiting Inmate Shelton Scott (T61164) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. Staff discovered marijuana residue, and the visitation was terminated.
Liberty CI: On Saturday, April 20, Visitor Pearley Shante was visiting Inmates Darryl Pearley (X35742) and Kithrick Pearley (X04366) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. Staff discovered 2.1 grams of marijuana, and the visitation was terminated.
Okeechobee CI: On Sunday, April 21, Visitor Izzabel Dunbar was attempting to visit Inmate Kenneth Penton (P15952) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. A search was refused, and the visitation was terminated.
Cross City East: On Saturday, April 20, Visitor Kaleah Gaines was visiting Inmate Terry Tillman (C01272) when K9 alerted on the visitor's vehicle. A search was refused, and the visitation was terminated.
